You will find hereunder answers to some frequently asked questions about our tamper evident tapes and labels :

Question : On which material performs your security tapes?
Answer : Our tapes and labels are proved efficient on many substrates such as carton, wood, laminated material, iron... We will try to help you finding the best solution to your application surface and we advise making tests prior to ordering.

Q : How can you justify such a pricing difference between your tape and usual sealing tape?
A : Tamper evident tape manufacturing implies complex production processes and state-of-the art equipments. Some products are patented and have required Research and Development to become especially efficient. These products are real security seals and testify high valued products integrity.

Q : Can I have a logo printed on the tape. What is the minimum quantity and lead time? Which colour can you supply?
A : Your logo, specific text or number can be printed on tapes (or labels). The minimum quantity will vary from 50 to 250 rolls depending on the kind of tape you need because dimensions are different from one tape to another. The lead time will not exceed 5 weeks from the artwork validation.
Please communicate the Pantone colour you wish for your custom imprinting, that is an indication for us and we always try to make it as similar as possible to what you want.

Q : Can I have my own tamper evident message?
A : That is possible for some products such as Secure Perf, B.U. Tape and Red Tape with a 350 roll minimum order quantity.

Q : Which products are immediately available in stock? Is there a minimum quantity to order?
A : Most products on this website are held in stock. Due to the quick market evolution some products can imply a few week lead time. For security reasons we usually require a 10 roll minimum order quantity.

Q : Why don’t you give prices on the website? Can we buy on line?
A : We want to offer higher security solutions that cannot be easily used by anyone. For any order we required VAT number, company registration number, the name and telephone number of the person in charge. We tend to developing personal contacts with our clients, that enables a better acknowledgement of users and targetted solutions in answer to each applications so as to perfectly meet your needs...direct on-line ordering do not allow to reach these goals.

Q : Can you sell and ship products in foreign countries? Do you have distributors abroad?
A : We can sell and ship our products in many countries. On a regular basis we deal with French overseas islands ( West Indies, Guyana...), Western European countries (Switzerland, Belgium, Netherland...), Dubaï and with many African countries (Senegal, Burkina Faso, etc).
Whatever the country of delivery do not hesitate to make an enquiry, we will find together the best solution for you, either shipment from our warehouse or we will communicate the details of our closest business partner abroad.


Q : What are the carriage fees/ transport costs?
A : All the prices you will be given are EXWORKS from our warehouse in Mâcon France. Our carriage conditions for tapes and labels from France to France are ( take contact with us for other products) : 31 € excl. VAT, additional cost invoiced, whatever the French region.
Reduced fees for shipment less than 2 kilos : 8 euros excl.VAT.
Free of charge for any order sent from France to France which amount is above 650 euros excl. VAT.
Exportations : Transportation costs are your charge. If you cannot take care of shipment we will try to offer a solution for you. Shipment under 10 kilos are usually sent by postal means of transport, although this is a cheap solution it does not allow tracking and we would rather have your express courier account number (such as fedex, dhl...) for a more reliable delivery solution. As a client you are responsible for transport, such an option is up to you, just let us know. If you do not have such an account do not hesitate to get back to us, we will see which other option is available.

Q : We would need easy-use and user-friendly labels or seals?
A : We can provide security tapes with perforated sequences, they do not require any tool and are really easy to apply on any surfaces. Most tapes available on this website can be supplied on specific enquiry with or without precut option.
The labels on liner can be supplied on demand with a hand distributor or with a removing tab for special applications.

Q : I do not know your company, what are your customers’ references?
A : For security reasons and confidentiality, so as to protect our clients’ confidence, we cannot communicate our client’s names. However we have been protecting assets from the luxury, pharmaceutical, banking, aeronautics, liquor sectors...and also from any company who has wanted to solve theft and tampering issues within shipments.

Q : I would like to test your products, can you provide me with some samples?
A : Please contact us for your trials need. Indeed that is often necessary to process to some trials in order to make sure that the product advised answers to your application requirements.
IMPORTANT : Any tamper evident tape or label is advised to be left at least 10 minutes on the clean application surface before removal for best results.

Q : What are your sales terms ?
A : For Metropolitan France : your 1st order payment is required by transfer or check on proforma invoice before shipment. Next orders’ payments are expected on 30 days strictly.
For exportations : For any order from a foreign country company the payment is due by swift transfer on proforma invoice before shipment, once the payment received in our account the goods are shipped to the address of delivery. Banking fees and carriage costs are the client’s charge.
